Job Responsibilities
  • Brand Ambassadership: Provide a warm and professional welcome to local and international customers, sharing the story behind our premium truffle products.

  • Sales & Service: Assist customers with product selections, handle enquiries, and conduct product tastings (sampling) to drive sales.

  • Operations: Manage the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle cash/card transactions accurately, and ensure daily sales reporting.

  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain the "Aroma Truffle" aesthetic by ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized according to brand standards.

  • Inventory: Assist with stock replenishment and monitoring expiry dates.

Shift Details & Requirements
  • Contract Duration: 4 to 5 months.

  • Working Hours: 8 hours per shift (excluding break).

  • Shift Patterns: Must be flexible to work Rotating AM and PM shifts according to the monthly roster (including weekends and Public Holidays).

  • Location: Jewel Changi Airport or Changi Airport Terminal 1.

Requirements
  • Citizenship: Singaporeans only.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable "can-do" attitude.

  • Experience: Prior experience in retail or F&B is an advantage, but passionate newcomers are welcome to apply.

  • Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced airport environment.
