A growing fashion jewellery brand in Singapore is seeking friendly Retail Assistants to enhance customer experience in-store. About Shang Vito

Shang Vito is a growing Singapore-based fashion jewellery brand known for its distinctive beaded jewellery and tarnish-free metal pieces. Our designs focus on colour, individuality, and everyday wearability. As we continue to expand our retail presence, we are looking for friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistants to represent the brand and deliver a great in-store experience to our customers.

Location

Orchard Area, Singapore

Positions Available
  • Full-Time: 45 hours/week
  • Part-Time: 22 hours/week
    (Must be able to commit to weekends and public holidays)
Contract Duration
  • 1-month contract, with potential for extension
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner
  • Provide accurate product information and thoughtful recommendations based on customer needs
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing product display
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve issues or complaints calmly and professionally
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and brand offerings
  • Assist with stock management, including replenishment and basic inventory checks
  • Support daily operations to ensure smooth retail experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
