What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supervise and support the service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
  • Interact with guests, provide menu recommendations and upsell food and drinks
  • Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities
  • Assist in training and guiding team members to improve service standards
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and daily operational checks
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager
