• Coordinate staff scheduling and motivate staff to achieve targets.
• Ensure standards of hygiene and compliance with health regulations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Implement company policies and handle customer complaints and queries.
• Carry out marketing activities in line with company policy.
