Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and strong financial performance. This role leads the service team, maintains high quality and hygiene standards, and drives sales while delivering a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest feedback or complaints

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff

  • Monitor staff performance and foster a positive, productive work culture

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

  • Control costs, manage budgets, and achieve revenue and profitability targets

  • Implement sales strategies, promotions, and upselling initiatives

  • Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics

  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and brand standards

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Sound knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and food safety standards

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
