A premium restaurant group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at their steakhouse, GUUM. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and training skills, ensuring excellent service quality and inventory management. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of Front of House experience in Food & Beverage and be familiar with MS Office Suite. NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts: i) NAEUM, a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Korean cuisine, ii) HIDEAWAY by NAEUM, our private dining space, iii) GUUM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse.
We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to manage our premium steakhouse concept GUUM.
