About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you are the driving force behind the guest experience. You will lead and inspire the service team, foster a culture of hospitality excellence, and collaborate closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure every detail meets the highest standards of fine dining.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all daily front‑of‑house operations and service delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence across all guest touchpoints.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a passionate team of hospitality professionals.
  • Set and maintain Zéns service philosophy through pre‑service briefings, feedback, and continual refinement.
  • Oversee reservation management, guest preferences, and special occasions to deliver highly personalized service.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Head Sommelier to align kitchen, wine, and service execution.
  • Monitor and manage service standards, guest feedback, and key performance indicators.
  • Uphold all hygiene, safety, and compliance standards with unwavering attention to detail.
