DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Maintain market awareness and develop innovative processes for efficient restaurant operations.
  • Analyze and interpret trends to assist in planning.
  • Coordinate front and back of house operations for smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Control operational costs and identify wastage reduction measures.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and suggest solutions.
  • Manage and maintain the outlet's good image.
  • Train and coach new and current staff on customer service best practices.
  • Organize and supervise shifts.
  • Manage staff training, schedules, and performance.
  • Prepare reports and analyze sales data to maximize profits.
