A leading hospitality company in Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B Shift Restaurant Captain. You will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations during shifts, managing staff, and ensuring high service standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and at least 20 years in a managerial role within F&B. Key responsibilities include supervising operations, training staff, and maintaining hygiene standards. Flexibility to work nights and holidays is essential.
As the F&B Shift Restauarant Captain, you will be required to comes in three shifts and 6 days a week, responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations during the shifts.
Your primary objective will be to ensure smooth and efficient operations in shifts while maintaining high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
