Job summary

A local recruitment agency is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (M&E) in Singapore to supervise and monitor M&E works, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and hold valid RE/RTO accreditation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. This position plays a key role in ensuring the quality of construction projects and compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Resident Technical Officer or in a relevant role.
• Registered and valid RE/RTO accreditation by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• Preferred applicants with a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS).
• Conversant in statutory codes and requirements.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
