JOB DESCRIPTION

• To supervise and monitor civil & structure works including monitoring of installation works in accordance with the approved drawings and statutory requirements and specifications
• To conduct in-progress inspections and to identify any non-conformity and reports to the Qualified Person (QP)
• To attend site, coordination, and quality meetings
• Witness all the inspection and testing sessions performed to ensure compliance with designs and specifications

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building works. Preferably with experience in addition & alteration for institutional building / development.
• Registered and a valid RRE accredited by the join Accredited Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Preferred applicants with Certificate with Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS)
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
