Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and confirm bookings from overseas agents and partners.

• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare itineraries, travel documents, and vouchers.
• Monitor service delivery and resolve operational issues promptly.
