Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Officer to join our team. The Research Officer will play a key role in conducting clinical and academic research in Traditional Chinese Medicine, supporting the clinic’s evidence-based initiatives, and contributing to publications and studies that advance the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, execution, and management of clinical and scientific research projects related to TCM.
• Collect, organize, and analyze research data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct literature reviews and support preparation of research proposals, manuscripts, and presentations.
• Liaise with physicians, therapists, and external collaborators to facilitate research activities.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and clinic policies.
• Contribute to the development of new treatment protocols and clinical guidelines based on research findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, TCM, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in clinical or healthcare research preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and report-writing skills.
• Familiarity with research methodologies, statistics, and ethical guidelines.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
