About the Role

You will be involved in coordinating oncology-related clinical trials and research studies and assist the Investigators with patient recruitment, monitoring of treatment and follow-up, collecting data and tissue specimens (if applicable), and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with ethical/regulatory submissions and renewal
  2. Coordinate clinical research studies/trials (screening, recruitment, follow-up) and blood/tissue specimens collection if applicable
  3. Data collection and management
  4. Ensure all research documents are filed accordingly
  5. Assist and prepare for monitoring/audit
  6. Keep track of research finance budget
  7. Maintain laboratory supplies and ensure proper collection, handling, and shipment delivery if applicable

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Health Sciences or Diploma in Nursing
  2. 2 years working experience
  3. Experience in Clinical Trials and training in Good Clinical Practice are advantages
  4. Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage time effectively
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
