A leading university in Singapore is seeking a full-time Research Assistant for its Synthetic Biology Translational Research Programme. The Synthetic Biology Translational Research Programme at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, invites applications for a full time Research Assistant position. The successful candidate will support ongoing projects in genome engineering, directed evolution and synthetic biology that aim to perform directed evolution and characterization of genome editing tools. Working under the supervision of Dr Lee Jungjoon Kempthorne and senior research staff.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to receive advanced training in E. coli based and phage assisted directed evolution, next generation sequencing and genome editing assays, and to contribute to publications and technology development arising from the programme.
