Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to incorporate social science principles into early childhood development and interventions for children with developmental needs.
  • Review existing literature and prepare materials necessary for data collection.
  • Administer psychological assessments and oversee the management of research data (including tasks like data entry, coding, cleaning, and processing).
  • Analyze and present research findings to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and engage with stakeholders to support the progress of research projects.
  • Perform administrative duties and provide assistance with program management tasks.
Specific Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or relevant fields (e.g., social sciences, public health, epidemiology, economics).
  • At least 1 year of relevant research experience, ideally in social service or early childhood settings.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies, data sciences, and measurement.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Mplus).
  • Experience with online survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, FormSG) is a plus.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and working with young children or children with developmental needs.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse partners.
  • Strong interest and passion for early childhood research.
  • Strong time management skills.
