A leading research institution in Singapore is looking for a motivated Research Assistant to support clinical translational research focusing on childhood allergic diseases. The successful candidate will engage in large cohort studies and develop diagnostic tools and therapeutic strategies to improve health outcomes for children with allergic disorders. This position is initially on an annual contract with possible extensions.

The Division of Allergy & Immunology at the Department of Paediatrics, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic candidates with a keen interest in clinical translational research in allergic disease to join our team as a Research Assistant. We run large cohort studies, observational and population health studies in Paediatric Allergy and Immunology to better understand childhood allergic diseases such as atopic dermatitis (eczema) and food allergy, with the goal of understanding disease prevalence, natural history and endophenotypes; developing diagnostic tools and therapeutic strategies and advocating for clinical policy changes that would serve to improve health outcomes for children with allergic disorders.
Appointments will be made on an annual contract basis in the first instance, with the possibility of extension.
