The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Customer Order Management or Supply Chain, is knowledgeable about repair management, and possesses strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • Focal point of contact for customers in Asia Pacific regarding repair services.

Job Objectives

This is your unique chance to join us and collaborate with an international team from Airbus and Satair located in different regions worldwide in order to ensure on time, on cost and on quality solutions for our customers.

Administer repair/lease/exchange orders, warranty claims and handle retrofit activities in accordance with Satair’s objectives and strategies ensuring that our products and services are delivered on time, quality and cost for highest customers’ satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Focal point of contact for our customers in Asia Pacific with regards to repair services
  • Responsibility for processing the customer's request for repair services as well as incoming orders
  • Ensuring a smooth progress of the order handling and following up according to customers' requirements
  • Keeping up the material and logistics activities and the associated services for customer satisfaction
  • Proactive notification of the customer about their order status
  • Monitoring and reporting of customer KPI
  • Interface with all stakeholders to ensure Satair's commitments towards our customers
  • Target of this role is processing of all customer orders and deliveries according to the deadline and quality specifications of our customers
Job Requirements
  • Diploma (Degree in Aeronautics / Aeronautical Engineering is preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Customer Order Management or Supply Chain or similar (good understanding of After Sales Supply Chain)
  • Good knowledge of repair management
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Customer focused mindset and ability to understand customer expectations and needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build up relations across functions and stakeholder management
  • Capability to work under pressure & multi-task
