Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize workforce schedules for multiple teams to meet operational requirements.
  • Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to accommodate peak periods, absences, or other fluctuations.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand scheduling needs and forecast workload demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee availability, shifts, and time‑off requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and contractual obligations regarding working hours.
  • Generate regular reports on workforce utilization, attendance trends, and schedule adherence.
  • Act as the first point of contact for schedule‑related queries and provide timely solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate scheduling processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
