Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role managing B2B enterprise accounts.
• Ability to project/manage in a customer-facing environment.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and preferably another language.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer experience and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and health scores.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute tailored Customer Success Plans.
• Identify growth opportunities to drive strategic expansion.
