Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, update, and maintain the CRM database to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • Track and analyze customer interactions and behavior to support business strategies.

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support teams to streamline workflows within the CRM system.

  • Generate regular reports and insights to guide decision-making and optimize customer engagement.

  • Assist in the setup and implementation of CRM campaigns, automations, and workflows.

  • Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide solutions or escalate when necessary.

  • Support onboarding and training of team members on CRM tools and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
