We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely while playing a key part in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management systems. Manage, update, and maintain the CRM database to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Track and analyze customer interactions and behavior to support business strategies.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support teams to streamline workflows within the CRM system.
Generate regular reports and insights to guide decision-making and optimize customer engagement.
Assist in the setup and implementation of CRM campaigns, automations, and workflows.
Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide solutions or escalate when necessary.
Support onboarding and training of team members on CRM tools and best practices.
Strong familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools.
Previous experience in CRM coordination, data management, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
