A leading biometric solutions provider based in Singapore seeks an experienced Business Development Director to drive new business in the APAC region. The role entails owning the full sales cycle in the Government and BFSI sectors, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring effective pipeline management. Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise sales within digital identity cybersecurity or compliance technology.
• Demonstrated success selling into regional Governments and regulated industries like Banking/Finance/Travel.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and government sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across Government and BFSI sectors.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across public and private sectors.
• Ensure pipeline health and accurate forecasting via SalesForce CRM.
