A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to acquire new corporate clients and expand the bank's deposit portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in corporate banking, focusing on deposits or CASA, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term customer relationships while achieving deposit targets and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to acquire new corporate clients and expand the Bank’s deposit portfolio, focusing on deposits and CASA.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate customers through regular engagement, visits, and service reviews.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, industry associations, and corporate referrals to strengthen market presence.
• Oversee the full account opening and onboarding process, including documentation, KYC verification, and coordination with internal teams.
• Promote and drive adoption of the bank’s corporate internet banking platform, ensuring clients are familiar with its features and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team deposit targets in line with the bank’s overall funding objectives, while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to structure deposit solutions, support marketing campaigns, and improve product offerings for corporate clients.
• Prepare regular performance reports, track acquisition progress, and provide insights on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, preferably in deposits or CASA.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client management skills, with a proactive and results‑driven mindset.
• Good understanding of banking products, compliance requirements, and a high level of integrity in managing client relationships.
