Role Summary

Our client is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet the bank’s strategic objectives in Wealth and Retail Banking. You'll provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding client experiences.
  • Organised, follow‑up leads, complete and record appointments, close customer requests.
  • Build relationships for the long‑term and understand clients financial needs and aspirations to grow, manage and protect their wealth, with appropriate investment solutions.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, new product offerings and the latest campaigns.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Banking knowledge with 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Degree holder.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to learn new products and services quickly.
  • Courageous, creative, responsive, and trustworthy.
Role Specific Technical Competencies
  • Market awareness and benchmarking.
  • Wealth Management Product Knowledge.
  • Account Management (of HNW Individuals) Experience.
  • Experience in managing Hong Kong and Greater China markets.
  • Good understanding and command of Cantonese and Mandarin as the incumbent will be supporting Hong Kong and Greater China markets.
  • Technical knowledge and expertise in consumer banking products (i.e. Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance, etc.)
