Job summary

A healthcare recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Registration Officer to support nurses' registration processes, including application handling and document management. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, possess strong communication skills, and be IT savvy. Administrative experience is preferred, and the role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. This is a one-year contract position with set working hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Meticulous and confident individual with good analytical and writing skills.
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process applications for registration/ enrolment as Nurses/ Midwives.
  • Manage hardcopy documents and housekeeping tasks.
  • Process related applications like change of practice place.

Responsibilities

Support registration related work for nurses including the following:

  • Process applications for registration/ enrolment as Nurses/ Midwives
  • Process related applications e.g. change of practice place, re-print of certificates, update particulars, allocation of e-applications to respective officers
  • Perform closure of registration applications after the completion of Competency Assessments
  • Process incoming source documents, including Verification of Registration (VR) and Transcripts of Nursing Education (TNE)
  • Manage hardcopy documents as and when required, such as housekeeping and scanning
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Meticulous and confident individual with good analytical and writing skills.
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Possess initiative and positive work attitude, ability to multi-task with good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Administrative experience preferred

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract ( Jan 2026)

  • Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)
  • Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
