Our Regional team now has an exciting opportunity for a RegionalMarketingDirector to join our fantastic team.
Position Objective
The Regional Marketing Director has a pivotal role in positioning Cognita Asia’s prestigious portfolio of international schools across Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Vietnam, and Thailand.
Based in Singapore, this role will lead the design and implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies, driving brand positioning, enrolment growth, and revenue optimisation. As a key member of the Regional Marketing & Experience team, the Director will partner with school leaders and admissions teams to ensure every family interaction becomes a purposeful step toward growth.

Responsibilities
Customer & Parent Experience Excellence
- Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring world-class parent and student experiences.Proud and loud parents are the most effective marketing channel.
- Integrate parent insights and feedback into continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure all marketing activity reflects Cognita’s commitment to excellence and qualityassurance.
Strategic Brand Leadership
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape school brands and campaignstrategies.
- Position Cognita Asia’s schools as the benchmark for international education through distinctivepropositions.
- Drive brand consistency across diverse digital and offline channels.
Holistic Multi-Channel Marketing
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, outdoor, PR, events) that delivermeasurable impact.
- Harness emerging technologies and tools to optimise audience targeting and engagement.
- Develop compelling storytelling and creative assets that amplify each school’s unique value.
Lead Generation & Digital Performance
- Oversee regional lead generation strategies in partnership with admissions and school teams.
- Drive and monitor SEO/SEM, paid social, and referral campaigns to increase enquiries andconversion.
- Partner with CRM owners to optimise systems for nurturing and converting leads.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage analytics, dashboards, and market data to inform strategy and adapt to trends.
- Monitor ROI of campaigns and marketing spend, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Provide accurate reports, KPIs, and insights to senior leadership.
Public Relations & Events
- Develop PR strategies to enhance Cognita Asia’s profile and strengthen media relationships.
- Oversee regional events, sponsorships, and thought-leadership platforms aligned with brandvalues.
- Position Cognita schools as the leading choice for international families in Asia.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and inspire a high-performing regional marketing team and provide matrix guidance to schoolmarketing leads.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and commercial focus.
- Build skills and capabilities across schools through toolkits, training, and coaching
Business Development Support
- Support new business initiatives (enrichment, partnerships, new schools) with strong marketing andcommunications.
- Contribute to commercial negotiations with agencies, media, and external partners.
Safeguarding
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with Cognita’s safeguarding standards and policies.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to student, parent, and colleague wellbeing.
The job holder’s responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfareof children and young person’s for whom s/he is responsible, or with whom s/he comes intocontact will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the relevant Cognita Safeguarding; Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. If in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm eitherat school or at home, s/he must report any concerns to the School’s Child Protection Officer/Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Head or indeed to the Regional CEO so that a referral can be made accordingly to the relevant third party services.
Position Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years in senior/regional marketing leadership roles, ideally in education, retail,hospitality, or premium consumer services.
- Strong track record in digital marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering ROI.
- Proven success in brand campaigns, PR, and events management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Master’s degree or advanced qualifications in Digital Marketing/Brand Strategy advantageous.
