We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project / Program Manager to support regional data center and network infrastructure initiatives. The role involves end-to-end coordination across planning, procurement tracking, deployment execution, tooling improvements, and cross-functional stakeholder management. This position works closely with engineering, operations, sourcing, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of infrastructure programs across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
Program & Roadmap Planning
- Support regional infrastructure roadmap planning cycles, including preparation of planning materials, coordination of sessions, and consolidation of deployment priorities.
- Align regional constraints, deployment timelines, and public holidays to ensure realistic planning and execution schedules.
- Track progress against planned milestones and highlight risks or dependencies early.
Procurement & Purchase Order Tracking
- Maintain and update procurement trackers to support hardware ordering and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with engineering teams on bill of materials (BOM) readiness and changes.
- Work with sourcing and vendors to track purchase order issuance, amendments, and confirmations.
- Validate order accuracy and confirm receipt of materials with managed service providers and vendors.
Deployment Execution Support
- Coordinate infrastructure deployments across multiple sites and regions.
- Manage logistics for hardware delivery, on-site handling, and smart hands support.
- Ensure service quotations and supporting documentation are submitted and approved ahead of deployment activities.
- Support handover from project coordination to engineering execution teams.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
- Act as a central point of coordination across engineering, operations, sourcing, logistics, and vendor teams.
- Drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders through regular updates, working sessions, and issue resolution.
- Track action items, follow-ups, and decisions to closure.
Tooling, Data Accuracy & Process Improvements
- Support initiatives to improve BOM accuracy, procurement data quality, and tracking visibility.
- Work with tooling and automation teams to identify workflow gaps, bugs, and enhancement opportunities.
- Track automation initiatives, dependencies, and blockers across multiple workstreams.
- Contribute to process documentation and operational best practices.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Identify risks related to hardware availability, logistics capacity, storage constraints, and vendor readiness.
- Propose mitigation plans such as phased deliveries, alternative storage strategies, or schedule adjustments.
- Escalate blockers appropriately and support decision-making with data and impact analysis.
Operational & Lifecycle Support
- Support infrastructure lifecycle topics such as equipment end-of-life, replacement planning, and vendor transitions.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on evaluation timelines, replacement options, and interim mitigation plans.
- Ensure regional operational considerations are reflected in broader program decisions.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience managing infrastructure, network, or data center related projects or programs.
- Strong understanding of hardware procurement flows, logistics, and deployment coordination.
- Proven ability to work across engineering, sourcing, vendors, and operations.
- Comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams across regions.
- Strong tracking, documentation, and follow-through discipline.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive clarity without formal authority
- Exposure to data center builds, network deployments, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Experience supporting tooling improvements or workflow automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with vendor-managed delivery models.
