Roles & Responsibilities

Regional HR Specialist (L&D) (6-month contract)

Our client is looking for a Regional HR Specialist to manage, coordinate, and execute global and regional HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational HR strategy while supporting key HR operational functions.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Regional HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives across SEA, aligned with company goals.
  • Plan and track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and communications for smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with HQ HR, regional leaders, local HR teams, and external partners on HR programs.
  • Lead projects in compensation & benefits, talent development, HR systems, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct project research, plan activities, and ensure milestones are communicated.
  • Prepare and analyze HR data to provide insights to management.
  • Coordinate HR program logistics, workshops, and meetings with proper follow-up.
  • Assist the Regional HR Manager with ad-hoc HR initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to HR improvement and transformation projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience in regional HR operations, including corporate practices and compensation & benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly regarding compensation.
  • Hands-on experience in managing HR projects from planning to execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments is highly valued.
  • 6 Months Contract Position
