Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide ASEAN region Headcount statistics and budgetary control reports to Japan Headquarter (HQ)
  • Work closely with key partners within HR function of ASEAN Region, to understand the business priorities and deliver HR support to the group
  • Administer Performance Management, Training & Development program for leaders in ASEAN Region
  • Monitor and address compliance issues to be in line with legal compliance
  • Collate and analyze HR related data to support key business decisions
  • Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of confidential information in the in-house TMIS
  • Provide support in all ad-hoc HR related projects assigned by HQ
Requirement
  • Business-level Japanese language proficiency required for daily communication with Japan headquarters and coordination with Japanese-speaking teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, HR Management or equivalent
  • At least 12 years relevant HR experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communication and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate high level of ability to be confidential with sensitive information
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
