Job Summary

The Regional HR will oversee and manage all HR activities at the designated sites Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan and China. This includes providing strategic HR support, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, administering compensation and benefits programs, and facilitating recruitment and training efforts. Will work closely with site leadership and employees to foster a positive work environment and ensure that HR operations align with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure proper documentation, and track certifications, licenses, and other compliance-related activities.
  • Site HR Administration: Manage site employee database attendance, leave of absence, and scheduling requests.
  • Site HR Administration: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Site HR Administration: Work with site leadership to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Site HR Administration: Support wellness initiatives to promote employee well-being and work-life balance.
  • Site HR Administration: Promote and sustain a positive site culture in alignment with company values.
  • Site HR Administration: Plan and organize site events or initiatives to improve employee morale and foster team spirit.
  • Site HR Administration: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs for all employees at the site.
  • Site HR Administration: Ensure that employees understand their benefits options and provide guidance on payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related inquiries.
  • Site HR Administration: Support any HR-related projects, initiatives, or company-wide programs.
  • Site HR Administration: Partner with HR counterparts to drive global initiatives.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring for all site positions.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding of new employees, including training on company policies, benefits, and site-specific procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, concerns, and grievances.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and ensure a high level of employee engagement.
  • Employee Relations: Mediate disputes and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key HR metrics, such as attrition, absenteeism, training completion, and employee satisfaction.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates to leadership on HR-related activities, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with some experience in a multinational/US organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related tools.
Working Conditions
  • Should be based out of Singapore.
  • May require travel to other company sites or locations.
  • Must be flexible to work on-site and available during business hours, with occasional after-hours support as needed.
