We are seeking a Regional Food & Beverage Expansion Manager to lead and scale Swee Lee’s F&B strategy across Southeast Asia. With cafés currently operating in Clarke Quay (Singapore) and Kuala Lumpur, this role is instrumental in transforming F&B into a powerful business and brand driver for our retail ecosystem.
This is not just about operations — we’re looking for someone who can develop and implement commercially successful concepts that attract traffic to our stores and elevate the customer journey. Whether through standalone cafés, event-linked pop-ups, or third-party collaborations, your focus will be on building F&B experiences that resonate with our music community while driving profitability and footfall.
