Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and other business applications.
• Strong business process understanding across Financial Accounting and Trade Logistics workflows.
• Deep systems and data experience covering procurement and financial accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the ERP system supporting regional office and APAC markets.
• Provide first and second-level support to end-users.
• Generate timely user-centric reports and analytics.
