Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Commercial Director to lead business performance, profitability, and commercial strategy across Southeast Asia. This role holds regional accountability for sales planning, pricing governance, margin management, and cross-market execution, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.

The successful candidate will partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable commercial plans, drive performance discipline, and elevate commercial standards across all markets and channels.

Responsibilities
  • Own regional commercial strategy to deliver sales, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Lead regional forecasting, budgeting, and performance review processes.
  • Oversee pricing architecture, margin optimization, and commercial governance.
  • Drive sales planning cycles and joint business planning with partners.
  • Monitor KPIs by market, category, and key products to maximise productivity.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and assess store and channel performance.
  • Align closely with finance, marketing, operations, supply chain, and training teams.
  • Represent the region in global commercial and business review forums.
  • Support distributor engagement, business model reviews, and market development initiatives.
Requirements
