Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager, delivering Fit Out Projects of a minimum of 1m USD.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrable experience in capital works and/or programs with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and foster strong relationship with key Client Stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for Client’s capital works in APAC.
• Prepare forecasts for project expenditures and assist in defining project scope.
• Manage risk related to projects and ensure compliance with governance processes.
