In this senior role, you'll drive adoption of our S3 Passenger SaaS platforma game-changer for rail and long-distance bus operatorsand shape the future of passenger mobility.

What You'll Do
  • Own Regional Strategy: Define and execute go-to-market plans for ASEAN and key Asian markets.
  • Drive Growth: Win new business with operators, government agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Influence the Industry: Build C-suite relationships, represent Siemens Mobility at events, and lead conversations on digital ticketing and cloud migration.
  • Close Big Deals: Manage full commercial cycles from opportunity to negotiation.
  • Expand Horizons: Enter new markets, shape regional priorities, and collaborate globally.
  • Stay Connected: Travel across Asia to meet customers and represent Siemens Mobility.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years in Business Development or Sales ideally in SaaS, mobility tech, or transportation.
  • Proven success in ASEAN markets; experience with public tenders is a plus.
  • Strong network among rail/bus operators, ministries, and system integrators.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to craft compelling value propositions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, global outlook, and excellent communication skills.
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Fluency in English; Asian languages (especially Japanese) are a plus.
