Job summary

A logistics and cargo services company is seeking a leader to oversee cargo sales and operations performance across Singapore and Bangkok. The role includes managing export, import, and transit operations, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational quality and compliance as well as leading multi-cultural teams. This position requires strategic thinking and strong leadership skills.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, customers, and authorities.
• Manage regional P&L including budgeting and revenue monitoring.
• Implement regional commercial and operational strategies.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Provide full leadership and accountability for cargo sales and operational performance across the Singapore and Bangkok branches

Oversee export, import, and transit cargo operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant end-to-end processes in both locations

Develop and execute market development and cargo sales strategies to drive volume growth and revenue across Southeast Asia

Manage, develop, and maintain strong relationships with agents, key accounts, freight forwarders, and shippers throughout the assigned region

Identify, evaluate, and implement new business opportunities and trade lane development within Singapore, Thailand, and surrounding markets

Ensure operational quality, service standards, and regulatory compliance in accordance with aviation authorities, IATA standards, and company policies

Lead, coach, schedule, and performance-manage multi-cultural teams in Singapore and Bangkok to achieve operational and commercial objectives

Coordinate closely with Head Office, regional stakeholders, customers, ground handlers, airports, and government authorities in both countries

Own and manage the regional P&L, including budget planning, cost optimization, revenue monitoring, and KPI achievement

Implement and execute regional commercial and operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives and long-term business goals
