Job summary

An international F&B technology firm is seeking a dynamic Regional BD/Sales Manager to join its Singapore hub. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with key restaurant stakeholders and a proven track record in closing deals. Responsibilities include winning new enterprise accounts across multiple regions and managing the sales process from start to finish. This role supports growth initiatives in the Asia market, making it vital for candidates to have B2B sales experience in related technologies.

An international F&B/restaurant/hospitality technology/digital platform is looking for a dynamic Regional BD/Sales Manager to join its regional hub in Singapore.

The successful candidate profile

You already have relationships with restaurant owners, CEOs, COOs, and franchise leaders in various ASEAN/Asia markets. You know how decisions get made, where budgets sit, and what actually moves a deal forward . Your mission is to turn those relationships into enterprise partnerships.

Key responsibilities
  • Win new enterprise and regional chain accounts across SG, MY, and HK (and beyond)
  • Use your existing restaurant network to open doors with owners, CEOs, COOs, IT and Ops leaders
  • Own deals end-to-end: first meeting, solution shaping, pricing, negotiation, close
  • Support Hong Kong growth as part of a wider regional plan (not a solo country role)
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success
Key requirements
  • Essential: Existing relationships with F&B/restaurant/hospitality groups, franchise operators, or chains
  • A proven hunter — you’ve closed new logos, not just managed accounts
  • Experience in B2B sales / BD within F&B tech, SaaS, POS, supply-chain, or digital platforms
  • Exposure to regional or multi-market selling
