Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or mentorship role.
• Strong experience in the financial services or banking domain.
• Experienced in building and managing responsive Design Language Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts across multiple banking products with regional considerations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define UX objectives.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
