WonderFoot TCM & Reflexology – Reflexologist Supervisor
Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and supervise a team of reflexologists to ensure consistent service quality.
- Schedule daily manpower, assign rooms, and manage shift rotations.
- Monitor staff performance, grooming, punctuality, and adherence to SOPs.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior therapists when needed.
2. Service Quality Control
- Conduct regular checks on treatment techniques, pressure standards, and customer interaction.
- Ensure all therapists follow TCM-based reflexology methods and company-approved techniques.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
- Conduct refresher trainings to maintain high-quality service standards.
3. Customer Service & Experience
- Greet customers professionally and ensure smooth flow of operations during peak hours.
- Assist in understanding customer needs, pressure preferences, and special conditions.
- Step in to perform treatments when manpower is short or during high-demand periods.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality control and service recovery where needed.
4. Operational & Administrative Duties
- Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of treatment rooms.
- Ensure proper use and stock levels of towels, oils, ointments, and equipment.
- Report operational issues (equipment breakdown, supply shortages, staff concerns) to management.
- Assist management in onboarding new therapists, including training, orientation, and evaluation.
5. Training & Skill Development
- Conduct internal training on reflexology techniques, customer service standards, and workplace safety.
- Guide new staff on TCM-based pressure points, meridian knowledge, and proper handling techniques.
- Continuously update the team on improvements, SOP changes, and new service offerings.
6. Compliance, Safety & Hygiene
- Ensure all therapists follow strict hygiene, sanitization, and safety procedures.
- Uphold company policies, service protocols, and operational guidelines at all times.
- Conduct regular audits on room cleanliness, tools, and treatment procedures.
7. Professional Conduct & Company Representation
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, work ethics, and customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and internal matters.
- Support management in maintaining a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.
