  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles and industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring strategies, salary benchmarks, and market insights.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and excellent service delivery to clients and candidates.
  • Meet monthly sales and placement targets.

About the Role:
