A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for their Healthcare/Sales team. Responsibilities include sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, and developing new business through cold calls. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior sales experience is preferred; training will be provided.
Source and interview candidates through various channels, including job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating closely with HR for new hires.
Develop new business opportunities by cold calls and engaging with new clients.
Diploma/degree in any field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Prior sales experience preferred. (Recruitment training will be provided)
