The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree and experience in technical or operations recruitment. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their recruitment needs and workforce plans.
  • Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates across a wide range of professional roles using multiple channels and platforms.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for various positions.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous networking, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Monitor hiring trends and provide clients and candidates with timely market insights and updates.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery of recruitment solutions.
  • Regularly update clients on recruitment progress, deliver feedback, and provide clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
