Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking an accomplished and highly service-oriented individual to join us as our Recreation Manager for the Resort. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, promoting and executing individual and group Recreation programs for the Resort.

Key Responsibilities
Recreation Program Management
  • Develop, implement, and oversee a diverse range of recreational activities and programs tailored to our guests’ interests and preferences.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted with the highest standards of safety, quality, and service.
Guest Experience
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and engaging environment for guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints related to recreational activities promptly and professionally.
Facility Management
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of recreational facilities, including pools, fitness centers, and sports areas.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of recreational services with overall guest experience.
Job Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in recreational management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of creating and executing engaging recreational programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
