Drive membership sales, upgrades, and renewals through outstanding customer engagement.
Lead, train, and motivate our FOH team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring the gym is welcoming, safe, and efficient.
Manage birthday parties, camps, and events — from sales and planning to hosting.
Provide reporting and analysis on memberships, payments, and revenue trends.
Support the Location Manager with operations, financial oversight, and customer growth strategies.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or FOH management.
A natural leader with strong communication and people skills.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable with financial/admin tasks.
Able to engage customers and convert enquiries into memberships.
Background in sports, fitness, or hospitality is a bonus!
