Job summary

A leading manpower service provider in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant for a 10-month contract. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing mails, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, has good communication skills, is IT literate, and possesses at least a GCE O Level qualification. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Handling phone calls, walk‑in enquiries, and relaying messages.
  • Managing incoming/outgoing mails, couriers, and parcel dispatch.
  • Maintaining and updating data records and compiling statistics.
  • Attending to students who are unwell.
  • Supporting daily administrative operations.

Skills

  • Supporting daily administrative operations, including documentation, filing, and tracking.
  • Assisting the General Office with ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in reception, administration, and/or customer service is an advantage.
Duration / Working hours

10‑month contract (option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026

Mondays to Fridays: From 7.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (inclusive of 1 hour lunch break)

The school operates on a 5‑day work week. Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. Service will not be required during the June and November–December school holidays, except for periods such as the last week of the school holidays.
