Job summary

A leading automobile company in Singapore is seeking a people-oriented professional for the role of Receptionist. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide daily office support, including answering calls and managing access. The ideal applicant should possess GCE ‘O’ Level or above, with at least 1 year of experience in reception or customer service, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Maintain meeting rooms, assist with bookings, and prepare refreshments
  • Monitor pantry inventory, report equipment issues, and provide general administrative support
  • Manage staff lockers, process travel claims, and oversee office equipment, including golf equipment
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or related roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
