Job description

Other Information

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Salary Range: $2,400 – $3,200

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and deliveries.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.
  • Handle meeting room bookings, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with office maintenance, safety procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative and scheduling support to management and CEO.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping — invoice data entry, expense claims, and simple finance reports.
  • Arrange and brief promoters, track attendance and performance.
  • Manage event logistics and act as liaison between promoters and internal teams.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks including document handling, filing, data entry, and internal coordination.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support smooth business operations.
Requirements
  • Min 1 year in Administrative
  • Basic understanding of administrative procedures and HR work to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
