Roles & Responsibilities

Salary : $12 / hr or $2500 to $3000

Key Responsibilities
  • Visitor Management : Greet, welcome, and direct visitors to appropriate staff; maintain visitor logs for security.
  • Communication Hub : Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages and handle general inquiries.
  • Scheduling : Manage and update calendars, book meeting rooms, and schedule appointments for staff.
  • Admin support : Handle office correspondence (mail, faxes, emails), data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.
  • Office maintenance : Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and well-stocked with supplies.
