Our client is a Singapore-based legal services firm specializing in estate planning and corporate governance. They offer comprehensive legal solutions, including the drafting of wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff or departments.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide basic information about the firm’s services.
  • Schedule client appointments and maintain meeting calendars for lawyers.
  • Offer refreshments to clients and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.
Requirements
  • Min GCE 'O' Levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and collaborate well within a team.

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm. Monday to Friday.

Working Location: Central

Salary: Up to $3,000
