Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling skills, self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain development appraisals and cash flow models.
• Support acquisition opportunities and ensure models are accurate.
• Assist in due diligence including technical and property legal aspects.
• Liaise with stakeholders during due diligence and draft investment committee papers.
• Involved in investment reporting and ensure quality board papers.
• Track real estate market trends and identify value-enhancing opportunities.
